Yea, it's RM4099. Pretty much way out of my budget.
From this link:
http://www1.ap.dell.com/my/en/home/noteboo...cs=mydhs1&s=dhs

Let's say I upgrade the RM2999 SXPS to i5 without tweaking the specs to RM4099 standard. Do you guys know much it would cost?

I see, but the P8700 is efficient enough you say?
But the awesomeness of Core i5 makes me wanna own it. Hahaha

So I'm guessing both of you are still thumbs up for the Asus?

Lol, in my mind, I keep thinking i5 is the fastest processor > better performance > laptop last longer.

I don't know. Haha.
But let's say I'm going to Melbourne, Australia next year. Will I get the warranty support over there? Or is Asus not well known there?

1. Brand. - Any
2. Budget. - Below 2k Max 2.2k
3. Specs.
- Prefer it to have dedicated graphic card.
4. Size. - 13" 14" 15"

-Looking for a laptop according to the requirement above. High chance will be getting it during PC Fair.

-Will be using the laptop mainly for photo editing, surfing and casual gaming (flash & non flash).

- AMD or INTEL will be fine but i heard i3 is better than all entry n mid range AMD processor.

I know, sounds very tempting.
But FullHD screen is not on the top of the list for me.
I'll look more into Asus. Sigh, buying laptop very stressful.

Thanks smile.gif

How does HD5430 fared compare to 310M? Both Compaq CQ42-189TX and Acer 4741G looks tempting.
