Its not really former known as IBM, Lenovo bought the ThinkPad notebook division from IBM...
Ideapad has always been product from Lenovo...

more like IBM sold their PC dept to Lenovo (the same way they sold their HDD dept to Hitachi)...

IBM still got make servers...

Lenovo back then (with only Ideapad) is just lame duck rubbish stuff laugh.gif..when they bought the PC department of IBM, their Ideapad series are getting better nod.gif

310M is just a rebadged of G210M, nothing different in performance side...

Acer 4745G should be around RM2499, i5 430M + ATi HD5470/GMA HD...
Inspiron 14R should be RM2599, i5 450M + ATi HD5470 version...

but the price is if you buy from lenovo retailer.. but if from other shop.. such as LYP shop.. you can get cheaper ...

but it is different from dell
