its base on 3 relays which i believe dont have enough power.. slighly lower from needed..

thats during my electronic project which show same symptom if not enough power...
the contact inside relay run 1 point to another point rapidly instead should be only 1 point when energized..

my headlamp actually kena already just a hard rub causing a small little chip off the lens at the very edge. No cracks or holes though and barely noticeable. a little more harder would have caused it to crack though. sigh P drivers. no comment. all i can say is LACK OF EXPERIENCE.

what is the function of the recirculation button on the temperature button there? is it advisible to switch on all the time or?
*
I will switch it off when i drive in highway. It's feel more fresh rather let the air-cond circulate in ur car... but it is not advisable to turn it off if you live in pollute environment like mine Pasir Gudang sad.gif

psi and kpa, what are the different?

Added on July 27, 2010, 10:35 pm

when amber light on, it used 30L, still got 20L. if amber light blinking, it used 40L, still got 10L. This what i observe lately.

not effective, no free lunch in the world. tongue.gif

Added on July 27, 2010, 10:37 pm

yes, my h-line front and rear are disk break, but useless... not effective... plan to change the brake pad soon...

psi mean pounds-force per square inch . Kpa mean kilo pascal. both are measurement for pressure to determine correct pressure for your tyres.

FYI 1 psi = 6.8948 KPa

therefore 31 psi = 213.737467 Kpa & 28psi = 193.053196

Hi...

Is there anything we can do to improve sound insulation for our PE...
I just read review of Autofoam but if not mistaken out PE also fill with that.. Not sure which pillar or chassis
engine noise level I can say quite loud when drive above 120kmh.. my old 2002 waja better than that(but road noise... doh.gif )
thinking to opt bitumen (raamat maybe) in the next project at my 4 doors..
Not sure its already install or not but base on my waja.. its not...
after install it can feel improvement especially when we passing lorry / 2 strokes motorcycle at highway

any idea?
for those who already done sound insulation (for persona only).. can share with me?..

we need to understand basic of relay first...
basicly its just the switch with 1 way in and 2 ways out...
the problem not about giving the high power flow... but to do switching (energize the magnet) there are power needed and what I encounter during my project, i give slightly lower than needed (slightly lower than min) and the buzzing sound happen.. and its sound really like what we encounter at our persona... still high power will flow but like on/off...
we will not feel that as it really fast and voltage drop will not notice..

from the ICM board that SC show me, I can see 3 relays... and im sure its from 3rd parties...
still no news how proton to solve it..

anyone here modified their engines to have more low rpm torque?

Added on July 31, 2010, 11:29 ambtw i now realised how much difference between a non iafm and iafm campro engine feels and drives like. its totally different. i just tested one non iafm unit and comparing it to my daily ride iafm unit. Both auto and stock specs. Both Persona. comparing 2008 model and my 2009 model.

1. non iafm pickup is much slower and sluggish
2. more delay from the drive by wire
3. less responsive from engine
4. less torque overall and most noticeable at low rpm
5. louder engine tone at certain rpm.
6. at standstill, once i floor it, the engine response is slow, rpm climbs up slower, barely wheel spin and much lower torque is felt.

Seems that on paper the specs is not accurate. Since the performance between both iafm and non iafm engine is totally different.

Now i wonder how CPS units feels like.....hummmm.....

I haven't drove any campro Iafm yet* tongue.gif but I got drive my fathers Exora blush.gif
The CPS in the exora quite ok la , going up hill on a standstill is sluggish but once it reaches 2.8-2.9 rpm , then the power comes in .
Driving 140km/h on the highway was not problem , I can feel that the CPS can still give more power if i step on it more biggrin.gif
as this is due to the exora weight but if its in the Neo or persona it would be more good responds smile.gif
