I have Persona IAFM Year 2008 the problem is when I drive RPM exceed 4,000 (especially when i drive aggresively pressing the gas pedal hard)- a burning smell emmits, have check with 2 SC's but cannot resolve. (they just clean air filter) doh.gif

maybe the aircond hose is becoming very hot and burn the insulating form (the same smell when you try smelling this form)

This red area is very hot, maybe this is the course of this burn smell.

Dim light that one solved 80 ~ 90 % when air cond kick in time and engine quieter.. The engine respond faster when accelerate, that is what i feel...(but bad things is...u feel like u want to rev more cause got the omph liao.......wasting fuel)...
I didn't change anything..Just add something to the original location and this thing can be taken out if want to claim warranty.
i did 1 less ground point which is from alternator to -ve...(that one i think more important...but cannot DIY),,,,
As for measurement...pls refer to this link for thickness

oh.. by measurement. i mean the length ... from engine to battery... to body... etc...
since urs... seems to be just the right length.. not too long nor too short..

campro got engine brake? didnt felt dat.. urs is b line, m line or h line?

by engine brake.. i think is the resistance towards movement in the engine.... the drag in the engine
i m guessing is like.. when u not press the accelerator.... the engine rpm tends to go down... thus reduce the speed.... of the car tongue.gif

for me, im dunno in term of engine brake but from what im encountered, when downhill, the gear automatically downshift. just need to brake occasionally to control the speed.
if really high degree slope then its no use until change to L still feeling so fast..hahaha..
mine campro 2007 nod.gif
correct me if wrong

Drop a gear when you're driving about 100. Then don't touch the accelerator. You'll feel the engine braking.

I always heard some tiny level of circuit noise, whenever I open the door, and the moment after the engine is off [about the moment you want to pull out the key], then the noise can be heard

that caused by ICM relay. so far no solution. most of the elegance has this problem.
