I submit termination form and unipack form together on 4th May 2010...
Got the termination slip and copy of unipack application form (blue color) when i walk off from the counter...
Unipack form was key in on 20th May 2010...
22nd May 2010 waiting for the technician to come...

Depends what are you planning to do . 384Kbps is not enough for downloading. If you download small files then yeah its okay. Dont expect to do proper streaming and such. Its just nice for light users , if you want to game and ummm well thats about it

17/5/2010-go TMpoint taipan submit my termination form and uni pack form,after that,they print out 1 termination resit to me and the blue form same as yours and they told me to wait for 30 days of quarantine period.........

20/5/2010-waiting
21/10-2010=waiting
TOday -waiting tooooooooooooo...sigh

I went to TMPoint for the second time just now. I asked the receptionist about the termination confirmation slip but she doesn't seem to know anything about it and she was just blindly promising me that she will terminate my connection today... Let's see, if they don't terminate it by Tuesday I'll go there and screw their asses again.

You can sign up the Unlimited call plan (RM10) for Cool Uni Pack. Like i did.

I receive this dect phone anyway. Just add RM10 every month.

just now there were 3 Telekom Contractors came to my house (3 storeys shophouse) to install 2nd Fixed Line, but they wanna charge RM200 for Internal Wiring cost (from Ground floor to 2nd Floor).

Penang TMPoint... I've just submitted all the documents last Saturday so until now it's been one week already... I just feel that one week is way too much time for them since they could have terminated it on the spot

Worst of all she was searching for my termination form but she couldn't find it and she told me that the form must be inside the TMPoint but it's not with her and she got lazy and went back to her reception counter, asking me to go home and wait for good news

been to TM point juz now n thier system is down nationwide, cant do anythg n get bck home...
rumour said tat this promo will be ended soon rite ?
