hey guys , if I plan to buy the hp mini from the people who got it from unipack . how's the warranty working ? I mean , it is not under my name , how do i claim ? by the way , the warranty already activated when unipack subscriber receive it ? or they can activate it manually ?

yup. i called to HP on 25 june ( activated on 24 ) ,the guy said he will call me back but he didnt. then i ignored until this morning , the gal operator told there is my order , as she verified my name and the date they received d order . but she really said that i cannot give u the web order number , but we will send u within 14 days ,starting from 25june and will call u again to confirm appointment of delivery . ==" hav to call again tml .. it's the 6th day

any1 can help me clarify this?

I just received my netbook yesterday. Just now when I checked the warranty, it stated until July next year. Supposed to be it was 2 years right? How to claim then?

Caj Bulanan is RM 26, which I thought is waived?

Kredit & Lain-lain Caj is RM 15.62. As far as I know, I only made calls to HP (1800 number), which is supposed to be free, right?
