no.. im gonna apply using a new homeline.. im just worry they didnt process my application on time

but previous i type (homeline no) and (streamyx user name) to check my status

previously i type in my old streamyx account, the status is 'termination complete,,,'

and then now i type in my new streamyx account (homeline remain same but change streamyx account name, i guess is what i fill in in the application form), and then show what i typed above

isnt it showing that my application had been fill in their database and wait for technician to come????

DO NOT type ur homeline if u juz terminated recently... it will show u the termination status eventhru u put in the new user id

it was same when i put homeline with new id or just new id

And now, my status with new id is

How come still waiting for activation? Ur not in cooling period rite..ohmy.gif

Maybe my area TM guy is hardworking..9.30pm also come over my house to install streamyx..he said no choice, many students apply..need to work OT thumbup.gif

Im not in cooling period, my case is migrate from existing streamyx account to uni pack and still nobody migrating for me yet, my account remains untouched, applied last friday tho. sad.gif
I wonder do they really process my application or not.

Migrate? U mean upgrade from combo package to CoolUni pack? and the account under ur name right?

Yes, it is a downgrade/upgrade/migrate(bcoz the speed remain same), but my package is not combo, my package is a very old account, registered since 4 years ago, last time dont have combo packages, so the phone line and streamyx bill is separated, and yes the streamyx account name is under my own name

Erm..i got a friend of mine, similar case to urs.

But then he's not migrate..upgrade. From combo 512kbps to CoolUni 1mbps.

Today hand out form, tomorrow connection speed tested 1mbps..no termination..or anything.

U nid to follow up..just afriad they put aside ur application doh.gif

i apply last friday... then on saturday my phone line got installed...new one....then today streamyx coming to install...all done in less than 1 week... not bad....

I'm trying to get the URL filter on my Riger to work, but every time I input a URL with port number 80 and click 'add', it doesn;t just block the website I want blocked, it blocks EVERY website, and I suspect this is because port 80 is used by browsers. How do I get it to work?

P/S: The port number cannot be left blank, it will auto-assign 80 if it is blank. I tried randomly putting another port number and it wont block any websites then.

The technician just came and said my area can only support 1mpbs and I ask him if only 1mbps why my other line can go up to 1.5mbps which is equivalent to 2mbps package.

He said that one I am very lucky they upgrade it for you through the system. <--- Don't really understand how this part works if my other line can go up to 1.5mbps how come 2mbps is not supported.

He also say if i change plan my 1.5mbps will confirm gone and go back to 1mbps

Yeah that's why he said I am lucky to get 1.5mbps cause my area is only listed to support up to 1mpbs so he say change plan your 1.5mbps also gone... I think is time to say bye bye to the netbook

u subscribe unipack 1mpbs u get 1.5mbps ?
