If the current streamyx under ur name, then u can direct convert. If convert no need wait 30 days cooling down period.

I've tried before, you can use the same streamyx user id to sign in, but not both user online at the same time with the same account.

well it depend whether they terminate ur dsl port or not....
when i got my streamyx terminate....they terminate my dsl port also....(the dsl @ data link on my modem does not lid up)

After terminate, i cannot use any other account to online..

perhaps they disable the port since i tried two accounts and both cannot

same here . the dsl light will keep blinking .

Hello I already got the order number... but I can't check with the link stated on first page...

The order number is 4 alphabets followed by 6 digits(ex: ABCD123456)... I've entered the number it says "No Order Found"...

And how should I fill the order date number ? According to HP, the order date is 8/6/2010... but I already filled in 08/06/10 but it won't work

Finally TM has sent my order to HP..called up HP today...now need to wait...

I don't think installing Windows 7 on this netbook is a good idea... It's probably not fast enough to run support that many features

i guess u subscribing 4mb package.. i encounter same issue, earlier they cap me @2mbps rate from my initial speed at1mbps. speed test can only achieve 1.7mbps. i keep on calling them on the issue. finally this week the uncap to 4mbps but speed test only can achieved up to 3.5mbps only. I told the TM CS about this issue and the told me the would be good for 4mbps package as they afraid the higher rate will cause instability connection. i was like WTH... is it true the higher bandwidth the line became unstable?...

1> HP Mini 210 1003TU
2> HP Mini 210 1073TU

Any difference between these two? For those ady received their netbooks...do mind tell us which model u received? Thx

I think the HP Mini 210 1073TU is an obsolete model
or is the model specifically configure for streamyx customers

U try google 1003TU...there's a blog..the person apply cooluni pack as well...but he/she receive 1003TU model..got photos enclosed as well...
