juz get my hp mini after 1 month subscribe to unipack..
chronology of applying unipack:
1)apply unipack at tm point ampang
2)after 3 days, agent come to my house to activate and give me rigid modem+wireless router.
3) a week after dat, HP call me to make a confirmation about address etc..
4) a week after dat no call and whatsoever..in the same week also i call HP(0137781253)and ask them how is it my laptop status..they say they will check my data and bla bla..
5) a week after dat, wahla! my laptop arrive! finally no household interview or so on..

Yep like da man said, it's easily done. Mine was originally a 1mb gradpack before changing to 1mb unipack and getting the netbook and finally upgraded to 4mb unipack. Plain smooth sailing when streamyx is under your name and all this without any internet interruptions. |

haiz still cant get 3.8mbps speed like tat
speed test i get 3.4mbps but sometime get 2mbps
worry is telephone line not good got noisy sound

crap....no more 4mb port at my area.....any expert here knows how to check when the port is available? or have any contact that works within TM department that can give details about it?

Well to my surprise...
Last 2 weeks i had my 1mbps line installed ....
My area can only support up to 1mbps as been told..
But this week, my neighbour managed to install 4mbps line.... zzzz!

Again if it does not disconnect , line is stable then dont bother much. Lately thanks to the number of 4Mbps users , 218.111 ip is now back like any other regular IP. So again dont bother much even a lot of 4Mbps users are suffering .its not just you alone |
