Postpaid 1 month 6GB = RM 98 Prepaid 1 month 8GB = RM 100 *With RM25 - 2GB per week Hot Ticket 1 month 6GB = RM 80 *With RM20 - 1.5GB per week (4weeks per month.) What is the speed? Just applied the RM38 package and upgrade the modem to E1762, the speed not bad, but is always around 1-2mbps in my house/housing area.

I have this Celcom Broadband Modem (ZTE MF190 HSUPA) ~~ Would appreciate if anyone knows whether I can use this celcom modem for Maxis Broadband?
This HSUPA should be able to support Maxis' 7.6mbps right?
How is the Maxis BB connection in Kepong-Segambut area?

See my 3G signal map report here, I made it this morning : http://digitalifeless.blogspot.com/2011/01...rage-check.htmlWhen i had maxis last time, had the same problem. They were however kind enough to give me a rebate for the period the service was affected ie no signal. Have since terminated because of unreliability and slow speed.

Everything was fine until the super heavy rain near the end of year 2010. I was playing my online games fine, signal nice everything good. After the rain, everything gone. QUOTE We have investigated your concern and confirm that the site serving Jalan Batu Kawa area is currently operating marginally in terms of coverage and performance. Our record shows that the coverage is indeed weak at this area which means you will not be getting a consistent speed every time the internet is connected. Please let us assure you that it has always been our priority to take steps to continuously improve coverage and network quality in as many areas as possible. Hence, we are working towards further upgrading the network and the tentative time for completion is by end of 1st quarter 2011 to achieve such desirable end results. Oh, upgrade? No I don't believe it. Will it be so damn coincidence they start their upgrade schedule right after the stupid rain? (it was night). 1st quater 2011 is a damn joke, so what am I gonna do for these 3 months? Nvm maybe I just go sign Celcom. I've been picking up Celcom 3G signal in my area almost all the time when I scan for network. Hmm right, I got a friend working in Celcom, I might just ask him come over to check for signal, then if everything fine I just jump ship.

The fact is, it's fine in city; just down in my area for a week! I complaint to SKMM as well yesterday night, I can only hope they fix this problem faster.
