Well a bit of details like how to do speedtest , when to complain , information about quota would do. Basically some information about the broadband would also. Dont stress yourself with this information. Since you want to maintain this thread , let it grow first. If someone posts some valuable info , just transfer it to your first post so that it will be easier

i've just terminated my maxis broadband yesterday (i've subscribed 6gb package) after realized that weekly prepaid broadband is way better in term of quota provided.
speed is very good though. live in uniten kajang smile.gif

but here i hate IP 113..

just now i was in TimeSquare 1st floor Starbucks.
no Maxis HSDPA in there, only has Edge. (noaday i refrain my self from connect free public wifi because of bad experience)
last time checked Digi, Celcom all don't have HSDPA.
Only U Mobile has HSDPA in there.

why my place got celcom hsdpa full but maxis only 2 bar? sometimes drop to wcdma which only 20-30kbps, slow than dial-up...

another thing is i hear some noise like handphone near speaker kinda voice when i use wireless bb with my notebook, is it ok?

the noise that sounds like handphone near speaker is happened when your broadband utilizing GPRS/EDGE line. thats normal. but u will not hear that sound again if using 3g/3.5g smile.gif
