Suggestion, do not buy it until they update it. Some games never seem to get any updates at all. It is fun, but it does crash from time to time and do not think you want to spend USD 12.99, but I think USD 4.99 for Angry Birds is justifiable, very fun fun.

Yeah I bought Dungeon Hunter HD and Minigore HD although I had the iPhone versions, learnt not to simply buy apps after that and to read reviews first lol, Dungeon HD no different from the iPhone app, same goes for Minigore in fact.

Now to look for a prepaid data sim...any suggestions based on coverage?

Any of you guys having problem charging the iPad using laptop?

I have a Dell laptop and I can't charge my iPad on it.

On my bro's MacBook pro I can charge it when it's booted on Mac OS but when load it on windows it can't charge as well.

So the problem is with my OS?

Using windows 7 here.

P/s : Dell service guy came today and even changed the motherboard after I complain to them that I can't charge my iPad, but still can't charge

guys, can some one elaborate a bit on what string mentioned on the previous page. I have to sign in at the itunes shop and pay only by cash?

I have a friend going states-side and i'm passing him cash to purchase one unit for me. would he need to have an itunes account? or should i just give him my us itunes acc and password?

I think this was answered in V1 of this thread - the iPad will ONLY charge when it's on sleep mode via a USB connection to your PC due to its power requirements. For best results, use the attached charger or your iPhone charger.
