I bought it because I always wanted to play Civ on my iPad but honestly it is still buggy like the iPhone version. And yes what String said is true because some assets are not reworked so sometimes it is blown up or remains the same size as the iPhone smile.gif Call me a sucker but even after knowing this I still bought it tongue.gif

Oh dem. Honestly though if it's fun i'd still buy it smile.gif

Suggestion, do not buy it until they update it. Some games never seem to get any updates at all. It is fun, but it does crash from time to time and do not think you want to spend USD 12.99, but I think USD 4.99 for Angry Birds is justifiable, very fun fun.

Dungeon HD is fun too, and minigore.

Most Machine people are ok. Seems to me most of them aren't really proficient on Mac items, which is fine.

But yea, just be polite next time I ask about iPad display ports Encik Machine from KLCC rather than trying to 'save' out the new cute worker from my questions.

Anybody has a safe for work version of a Nude review on the net btw? It's blocked from my workplace thanks to the word Nude tongue.gif

Realized something today. When I was using my iPad with VGA cable for presentation, when I prop the iPad onto the stand provided by SwitchEasy, the project turn blank which is normal if there is no signal. This happened because I think the internal sensors were orienting and Keynote video out presentation does not work with the iPad being at a 45 degree angle (*I am not sure on this but I experienced it this morning). When I placed my iPad flat on the table again it worked again.

either the cable was loose or there is a limitation.

Were you the one yesterday at IPCC? Anyway, I'm searching for the VGA cable, where can I get it?

You were at IPCC? Cool. I wanted to attend, but work prevented me (from MDeC btw)

It was fun, and the last years' ipcc winners works were really good. smile.gif

Also, on bags, this is what I'm using:

Deuter S-Lite 600

Small enough to not cause backache, and big enough to muat my notebook, chargers, psp etc. Granted, it doesnt look so professional, but it works fine. biggrin.gif

I don't blame the iPad for the slow connection seeing how.... 'vampiric' our ISP providers are.

Stop those ads attacking each other and try to actually compete by making competitive products pls.

I found that the iPad is a perfectly good laptop/netbook replacement, seeing as how I'm using it for typing documents, sketching and surfing.

Of course, i do miss multitasking terribly, but the ease of use and the light weight beats all the cons.

Mmm, thanks beavis, also I read that you can easily make one with a parker pen and some superconductive foam (the ones they package cpus and chips in if I'm not mistaken). Anyone working in any computer shops here? Would like to get some of those foams biggrin.gif
