There will be a covered pedestrian bridge connecting from the upcoming Ativo Annexe(mall) to Bandar Sri Damansara east station, and was approved, according to the agent and from previous discussion threads here.

Calm down. I was just saying from what I was told. Which is why I mentioned according to the agent. But whether to believe it is on another matter, since most things will end up with changes considering it is still in an early stage. Peace

the mall is in the masterplan.

the bridge is in the masterplan when they launched paisley. don't need the agent also we know and its not the story of believing or not believing..

but when you or your agent said 'upcoming' it implied that works are in progress, and should be coming up soon. Shouldn't this be the interpretation of your statement?

I saw the edge news saying annexe will launch at the end of the year depending on the market condition. looks like they postponed it.

Ativo Annex is not a mall, rather, its a huge retail space that connect to MRT Sri Damansara East Station.

There is another 1million+ Sq.ft mall at the west end of Damansara Avenue project.

There is no mall in Desa Park City, so this will be the selling point for that area. Their aim is to build the Mid Valley City in this area.


Midvalley City = 50 acres TOD project
Damansara Avenue = 48 acres TOD project

Yup Ativo Suite is partially (or I can say is almost fully) furnished with above mentioned free appliances. Owner just have to buy bed, dining set and sofa only when moving in. Even wood flooring and plaster ceiling are included. Bath room are fully renovated. Wardrobe are also provided.

I dont get your logic. When you are buying properties definitely you have to compare it with different projects. There are plenty of projects for you to compare to such as the Pavilion BJ, SJCC, BBCC, etc.

However, this Developer TA is only aiming to build something like Mid Valley City there in Sri Damansara. And that is what I've mentioned above.

its not me think MV is better bro.

just look at footfall records on Malls in malaysia. Evidence is there......and judging from MV almost 100% occupancy in the malls itself, you be the judge.

as far as my concern, TA as developer (thumb down). TA as mall and business commercial developer (double thumb down).

the only positive up side for TA is that luckily they are not empire group. sekali buat semua master plan at one go until poh chan.


i felt for their 1st two phases buyers.......should have bought dpc condos instead.....if not be able to flip for handsome profit margin, keep for ownstay also feel blardi good.....envy of all locals......

then pls compare to Pav BJ. both are projects within residential areas.

MV is far too big a hat for DA or TA to wear...….

True. Can't deny DPC is a good project.

But too bad there is no shopping mall there and no MRT connectivity in the future. (ALSO BIG THUMB DOWN) for such a big neighborhood. Pity the residences there have to drive all the way out to shop.
