Ameera at SS2 is around RM450psf, I will not take DA if it is RM500-600psf.

DA so experience rm500-600sq/ft.. too exp..ard 400-450 still acceptable...the area still under developement.. the market price should not shoot till that high

rm 490/sqft a 1000 sqft office lot selling at rm490k... UOA Bangsar grade A office rental range from rm3.8 to rm5.5sqft. But this is sri damansara. Menara RA at Sri damansara office rental is just rm2 neg. Wonder how much this DA rental could be?! |
