Bro Trevally, ok i see..

In fact i dunno who is actually my current 1st King, cos i never fight them all to know their rankings.
But Trio should be among the top 3, maybe 2nd and 3rd place goes to Rondo and Missile, respectively. But all the 7ML and 2L are either OK or Good fighters, mostly can stand Chop and some are Chop-Killers.

The longest FS i'm keeping are Spring and Daimon, both caught in Mid Sep and both are still very active. As long as we can give our FS an airy environment with fresh money plants, feed with adequate water(twice daily; morning and evening) and varied diet(alternate among crickets, worms, flying ants, avatar flies and etc), dun fight too much and the best maintain him as a fair fighter, most FS can get to live more than 2months i believe. And some FS only starts to perform and bring out their true potential after 1+mth time in captivity, really is something we never know man.

Btw let's look forward to this Wed's hunt!

Any video on the brown FS with red teeth?
Looks more like golden brown, not a good fighter but they're strong.

Hey AboutAdam, i am not very sure which type of brown FS you're talking about. But we did see before some FS with redish pedipalps, sometimes we call it Ang Gei. Is it that type you're referring to?

Here I am trying to give you a good fight and you suddenly have yet another new FS...Kage.

Initially I had some hope as I thought Kage was new and not so strong yet as it lost to Spar 5 in round 3 of Kage V Spar 5. However, the next video showed Kage giving Trio a very good fight. To think that Dream Team was totally crushed without you even breaking into a sweat.

Anyway I will try to narrow the FS gap by more video research, more FS hunt and I plan to recruit some foreign FS fighters for my Pahang trip in December 2010...hope to give you a good match.

In the meantime, where are the other FS Bros..?

Hi Bro Randy, in this rainy season period as long as you keeping trying, hitting the "right" spots at the "right" timing, you will surely get few more potential ML/L for replacement soon.

Well.. talking about this, i got the urge to share an idea:

Water is one critical factor that affects the size of a male FS as Bro Krauser once told me right after moulting, the FS will be very thirsty and drinks alot to pump its exoskeleton, and the more water that goes in, the bigger it can get until max potential before the exoskeleton hardens and cannot expand. One very good example is Spawn, a L-size 8mm long FS once owned by Bro Trevally. He said that Spawn did not moult from a very huge female, it was few days after moulting then he grew to that size!

Of cos the genes factor also plays a part. But nowadays i am thinking, if really a ML-size male needs to be moulted from a ML-size subadult male. Then why is it everytime the subadult males we encountered are always M-size or smaller ones. Based on our intensive frequency of hunting, if the ML-size subadult males really exist that much, we could have easily seen them in our hunt. But yet we still get our ML males without seeing the ML subadult males. All in all, this is really a mystery we always wanted to seek for the best answer.

Yeah looking forward to your 1st XL-size to be imported from Pahang this Dec2010.

Hi bro Randy, not so early as 7+am cos the foilage at P# still wet and hehe I got difficulty getting up so early . How abt 8.30am meet u at the same usual place at sengkang ?

Holaaa.. finally sorted out laptop with servicing centre.. Team Krauser has been disbanded last Saturday due to lack of time. So the team has been released into my flowerpots along my corridor after being fed a cricket each along with some BUs to keep them entertained I was hoping they'd survived better since my maid water the plants every morning and there are abundant ants as food for them.

This morning weather was sunny providing good lighting conditions for me to capture some stills so I went hunting in my own flowerpots! cool eh? Found Dentist where he was originally looking rather thin. So I took him out for feeding. Not surprisingly he was jumpy and escaped a few times before I captured him, fed him and placed him back.

Next saw a random FS looking healthy

Then some movement on the right side captured my eye.. TONG BU! and the FS looks well fed too!

Crept in closer to get better shot


Couldn't locate anymore from 1st glance, maybe when I have more time I'l dig them up.. hopefully they are still there

Anyways was also meddling with this form of long term leaves housing for the FS based on the idea posted by Ura in his earlier posts. I used opened ended KFC straws instead with the bottom burned shut with cig lighter.

The leaves has been there since last Thursday and still looked lively considering they aren't money plant type leaves. Also just had to top up the water in the straw like once in 4days using a used disposable syringe that I used before to feed my kids with medicine.
