My friend who work for Hyundai told me that they are targeting to launch this car by Q2. They are trying to bring down the price as well!I will most likely get this car! I will do test drive on the current Avante soon:)

Yalor... I love the interior and exterior of the current model too... By far best design and comfort of the cars I can afford! I just need to tesyt drive the current model which costs RM84k!

The current model quiet nice too.. coz my family own one..
spacious and comfortable i must say =)

GDI engine + 6 speed gear box

Can anybody tell me the pros and cons for the current and new model in terms of engine and gearbox? Need some knowledge on this.

Forte good sporty exterior let down by a bit uncleish design inside. The panel's good sporty, but the rest of the design... Aih :/

i am also waiting for new Avante 2011.
in Korea, this car come with automatic parking system, but mostly will cut when bring into Malaysia...

bring it ehh, i also waiting. hope they don't do stupid thing, take out rare disc brake and replace by drum brake, ICE with gps navigation take out and put those cheap led display, this that all reduce and sell at 85k for 1.6 damm lor like that...haha

i guess most msian car dealers got no choice because with all full feature on....it would probably be overpriced

I don't think they will take out the rear disc brake but is very hard to say for the ICE...but if the new avante comes with 1.6GDI, that will be the best, hope they don't change it to another engine.

I will update u guys if there is any new information I may get from my friend. probably first quarter next year.

Avante 2011 model almost similar design with current Sonata, but can't afford one yet..

since no idea when is this coming out, and can't wait anymore, so i just bought the current version for slightly below 82k...

overall, great car, love the MDPS or EPS, space is great, and the price for 2.0 car.. it's simply awesome..

anyone wanna get one can PM me also.. I can share my SA's contact.. great guy.. (can literally put with all my BS and CB-ness without losing his cool - I'm quite a fussy customer )

Any idea about the anticipated pricing of this 2011 Avante? Will it be more than 90K or less since its only 1.6L?

see if i can get one before my wedding day... no need to borrow or rent a car.....
