QUOTE(ruffstuff @ Jul 20 2010, 02:07 PM) Apparently UniFi's Finance department hasn't finished dealing with the banks. The CS rep also said online payment is planned to be made available next month, so I suppose there won't be a problem unless it's delayed by a month or more. We're only getting our first bill (for this month) next month, right?I also asked him what the myUniFi page is supposed to be as it was mentioned in the website but I couldn't find a link to it anywhere. He explained that it's a portal for us to check our billing and account details, but it's not up yet. Probably will be up sometime next month. |

seems like Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is available with Unifi already, Balakong also (Cheras) I'm living in Cheras Perdana (near Jusco Cheras Selatan) Unifi coming here in two weeks, that shitty cap is back on or what? Any VIP5 users here care to give some feedback on services so far?

QUOTE(Kclee2002 @ Jul 20 2010, 03:27 PM) Whoa, that was quick. You already got your bill for July? Hmm... when's the billing date? I suppose you're on an early billing cycle. Any unfair/unscrupulous charges? Does UniFi also practice double payment for the first month? Do they pro-rate your charges for late installations, give rebate for downtime, etc? |

But I'm not happy with paying rm199 just yet because they have yet to provide me additional services that should come with the unifi package |

haihhhh ... super pissed man ....
I just spent 10 mins trying to call unifi to check on the status of my conversion from try and buy to vip5. They put me on hold for at least ~10 mins and then I hear a ring tone and straight away drop call. I leave you to figure out what just happened. All I can say is, it is disgusting to be treated this way. |

They're billing you on the 1st of the month? That would mean any extra charges that you incur for this month would end up in your August bill, in addition to the charge for that month itself. It's like a combination of prepaid plus postpaid. I think can easily get confused trying to keep track of what I'm paying for. You should definitely let them know how unhappy you feel, man. I have managed to get rebates from TM before, but it took a lot of effort. Not to mention threats.QUOTE(yoci @ Jul 20 2010, 05:00 PM) No, like Kclee2002 said, it's a one-time administration fee for processing your UniFi application. If I'm not mistaken, there was a small box in the bottom right corner of the application form with "RM10 stamp duty" written in it. |
