dont see Coris info in Guocoland web

Yeah, I remember seeing Cassis banner only along the way to Emerald West. Someone mentioned booked Coris. Has they launched it?

I guess it is for registration only for now. I can see the banner near emerald east and west.

Here is what I saw in the show room last week! Coris Emerald West have better and modern layout compare to MS project , 22x75 2243sq ft , worth buying!

Anyway, I still believe if any buddy really looking for good landed btw Sg Buloh Rawang or Selayang, Emerald West is really a very good buy, much better than M Residence and Saujana Rawang.

There is more to come! Heard a new showhouse (24' x 80") is being built at Emerald and rumoured to be priced at more that RM700,000/=.

It's not a rumour, it's true! They gonna launch a SUPER LINK house after chinese new year! Here is the show house photo taken from site.

Anyone know how much is a corner unit for Coris?

There are few type of corner (different land sizes). Lowest is around RM700k++ all the way to 800k++ (with 20k rebate) but all booked. If you want, you can still book the unit of your choice and they will only call you if those fella book earlier on the same unit as you, decided to drop or didnt turn up for deposit payment. FYI, all corner or end lot already taken up with at least 2 booking for each of the unit. Some unit have 6 booking!!!! Even intermediate almost all booked. This is crazy...

FYI, corner and end lot size is 24x75 and intermediate is 22x75.

This is really crazy man! People still BBB! and the price still rocket high!

perhaps, a much value buy will be M Residence???

I book the intermediate Lot at 500k+. Anyone here book a unit ?

I went Jusco Rawang on sun, after the toll .. its jam all the way @ abt 4pm.. lack of parking bays.., things food are cheap, maybe opening promo kut.. I was shock Rawang, man late 90's it was brown road, kiri kanan jungle ... now wolla .. congratz all owners & future wannabe owners..
One thing i tak puas hati is the high crime rates, hope people & mindset there will change..

Added on January 4, 2012, 12:43 amYeah I went to jusco anggun on new year's day too. Wah,so congested. Then I saw one sick in the head young Malay man,perhaps in his early 20's. There was a large crowd at the La Boheme bakery. He went around with a friend, purposely jilat2 the pengapit and then he touched so many buns with it before choosing one. He had a whole tray of buns and I suspected he would put them all back. He was just purposely doing it. Many people saw him. A makcik said to me, Dia tak patut buat begitu. I informed the girls there but they were afraid to stop him. I felt so geli so I did not buy any bread. This young man was exhibiting anti-social behaviour LMFAO I think the security should remove such undesirable elements from public places!

OMG!! seems like emerald keeps changing day by day.

Coris seems more attractive to me...

Too bad coral was taken earlier, any people here can update the latest progression for the poor forgotten Coral.
