So around how many condo unit in Bandar Sungai Long? As far as I know the population around 60,000 people landed + condo around 12,000 units if we assume 5 in a unit. If I were UTAR students even though I have car, my first choice will be Sg Long condo follow by BMC condo as both nearby and reasonably happening especially BMC. Their total condo unit combined should be able to accommodate most if not all UTAR students I believe.
