They shd do so.

As far as I know all visitor to Palmwalk need to leave his/her license with the Guard, in return the driver will be given visitor tag or something, license will be return upon return of visitor tag, SOP for most condo,

Yup I think Palmwalk is one of the largest housing phase in Bandar Sungai Long with more than 700 housing units.

yup palm walk is one of the largest DSL phase in sg long...but it do not feel pack, most likely because of the long and rectangular shape linear garden design, all the residents from all houses can access to the park easily...unlike many taman design is square shape at the center of the taman and some rows will locate far from the taman...

I think wont be long Palmwalk resident need not to lower their window to touch the reader with access card. Just wave their card with this RFID Proximity Reader (photo) below will do. This Reader has been installed at Guard House A since Friday for trial.

If I were bungalow buyer, I won't choose this place as this is just too near to a high rise (Green Acre).

Green Acre is rundown apartment?
Not sure about it but those multimillionaire definately want privacy & exclusiveness feel, what exclusiveness you can expect when your bungalow (20+ units) is so near to a medium cost condo.

SHL really need to think hard about it.

The distance simply too close.

From fengshui viewpoint, at least hundred steps required between this bungalow and condo otherwise inauspicious.
