Generally, condo behind is ok provided not too near. Ancient wisdom is mountain (the place your house sit) need to be taller than water (what your house face).

the guard extended to the junction due to the security reason, there were a few robbery cases and few cars were stolen, now most of the parking inside the condo and along the road before extension rented out to residents to park their cars, not sure about those newly draw one though, MPKJ gave a greenlight to clear the land beside Sejati Villa to create more parking but lack of funding as the residents did not agree to pay extra for a few months for the project.

What is the average sub-sale price for Greenview Residence?

I think the sub-sale price (RM340K to RM630K) quoted in this link is a bit outdated, am I right?

i think is from 450k - 500k, those were the price I heard and saw on bill board.

How much need to pay for maintenance and sinking fund, I believe must be more than 85% pay it otherwise the condo won't be in good condition. Thinking to visit Greenview Residence when I am free to test the security guard

parking issue is difficult to solve...
last time heard about there is a piece of land which can rent to build car park from state government, but until now still have no action yet.
no more visitors car park within this condo area...
park outside is tiring for people to climb up the little hill as well...

Anyone has any news about when the new building of UTAR will be complete?
Heard that next mid of the year can operate to take in more students, don't know correct or not?

Flora Green is the nearest condo, look OK not so 'run down"
standard built up 1,782 sqft , quite big, maintenance fee RM600+!

It will be too late to look for a condo nearby now..Price increase like skyrocket.
