the small piece of land is actually just outside the guard post of the condo, and the land in between the road and Sejati Villa actually given green light by MPKJ to clear and convert into parking lots, but residents are reluctant to pay another RM100 for 1 year to accommodate the construction, and the management has since then rent out all the car park bay to earn some money and chase away those who park their 3rd, 4th, 5th car for free at the parking bays, some cars really never move after 3 years

car park is always a problem for old condo

my friend's sister rented one at palmwalk, behind sg long hospital, the rental i think is 3K per house, i think around 10+ people stay in it , if condo renting at 2k+, sure there will be more than 10 persons stay inside

yea, old condos have parking issue, new condo most of them combine with commercial center which could be too happenings to stay in

today met a friend, he told me his friend Utarian at Setapak are preparing to move to sg long next year

A bit confused, Palmwalk is quite far from Sg Long Hospital, those behind it should be SL2, terrace house rental 3K per month?

You can enter via small road just next to Green Acres.

There are at least 5 cows always go around Sg Long without anyone besides them. It actually quite dangerous to do so. Well done MPKJ this time.

A Jv project by Bandaraya development berhad with other company semiD bungalow n condo

All parties involved are rush for Jan 2015 but i think very unlikely they are able to do it. If will be good if they can make at in Mar 2015.
