how far from campus?

975sf less than 1km, last year the maintenance fee has been raised up, but i maintained the rental because the tenants are very good

I remember Forest Green launching price around RM100k+, rental RM800 per month means 9.6% return per annum..not bad.

Sure or not , all klang valley campus will consolidate in sg long campus.
The new campus not really big also .

not sure la, they have been saying wana move everything up Kampar for years, but PJ and Sg Long branch still running, not sure about Setapak one though.

I know there will be medical faculty and traditional chinese medical faculty in Sg Long campus, not sure what others they offer

Yup , for sure there is medicine faculty due to near to the hospital.
Hope the capacity would not be that huge..else it would be more congested

yea, I still remember before they move those faculty out to Kampar, night time at the shop lot area was quite crowded.

8 out of 14 faculties/centres are going to move to Sg Long campus, i believe 12,000 students capacity may be easily exceeded within few years time. Good news for commercial area business owner and condo nearby but not so for traffic....shall we pressure MCA for interchange?

MCA cannot pressure anyone for anything anymore. Ah jib kor said, no voter support cannot ask for more.

Sometimes it just doesn't make sense, Perak campus with so huge compound, cannot be just running 6 Faculty,
while sg long branch are maybe just half the size of Perak branch, so how can it run 8 Faculty?

Looking for MRT 2 allignment is the best option..Property in Damai Perdana side. Hill Top is embarking a quite extensive developement, haveing launched Super Link, D premier II, Semidees and bunglos..950k onward..for superlink...2700 built up 24*75..rather grab a unit there...rather then squeeze on this side, no new infra inplace..dont forget, SUKE is on the same side as well...prospect wise far more brighter...

Kampar is quite far from Klang Valley, I think UTAR are targeting students and working adult in Klang Valley.
