To arrange a U-turn before toll is easy. Since vehicle speed is slow, about 2 lane width on both side is sufficient for non-heavy vehicles to U-turn. This has been done even at smaller toll like puchong barat (from puchong to USJ/putra height).

Possible but have to acquire part of Petronas land.

We should blame the selfish hanger of illegal signboard instead of MPKJ.

MPKJ can only act upon receive of complaint from residents one can always complain via eAduan in mpkj. gov. my

Will Sg Long & BMC prop still going up?
Is Taman Rakan still consider part of it? I'm actually eying on the Surian Villa now..

In my understanding all properties along Jalan Sungai Long is considered part of Sungai Long, in this case Taman Rakan is part of Sungai Long.

As a investor I believe you will do you homework before investing in any property.

With this consolidation, any idea the size of UTAR in sg long compared to Kampar ?

can't compare, the UTAR at Sg Long is a small building, and the new building is coming up soon, heard will be completed next year.

I am not trying to compare campus size. I am comparing population size.

I think initially the students number should not lower than 7,000 which is around 30% of its students population of 23,000 students spread in 4 campus.

Signage and banner eyesore , but for mpkj they don't care the environment they only remove the one without permit for banner/signage . U pay money then can hang everywhere
In Sg hardly see the banners and billboards becos they have direction of beautifying the city .

That was the missing link, originally the entrance to SILK was there right after the everhome factory, somehow nothing was build back then for a reason, then now that place has become light industry factory already.
