Curi makan gated . The gate joined with the corner unit fencing .

I dunno, maybe it's just me.
I went there last night at 2am after fetch my friend back to BSL.

The end lot surrounding gate is also the surrounding gate of the residential area, so it's giving a feeling like its not fully GG.

It is not a negative. I live in a g&g with lots of restrictions but we have individual titles. So, everyone of us try to change our house a little to give it some individuality, though I won't like those that really tear down their houses and rebuilt or paint colors entirely different from developer's selection.

A good case in point, look at Taming Mutiara semid just before Desa Budiman...some houses look completely out of place...with every inch expanded.

Passed by this place at night, not many tenant or people actually staying in. I wonder why? It has VP since May/June no?

I think got few unit is busy renovating now. Maybe not many unit in total, that why look very empty and quiet.

Or probably after subsales still processing the SPA and stuff? Normally how long would it take for freehold property?

Normally Subsales need 4-6 months complete the procedure. But is it really because of the SPA?

Will never know but at least I know there were at least 10 units were for subsales.

One of the corner unit still on sale for RM1.03M and another end lot next to the guard house.

How big is the corner lot and end lot?

How big is the house, and the garden? How many room and the unit come with family hall as well?

Don't have the exact size, I was told the size around 38/39x75. The intermediate lot size is 24x75.

The corner one is around 365x sqft.

Added on September 19, 2012, 3:36 pmDepends on how you define End lot or corner lot then. To me, if you look at the picture posted, it looks more like end lot than corner lot with bigger area. I guess I should use the term smaller corner lot then.

hahah...i was checking for my friend. She want to get a unit in TP but way out of her budget. So, she is thinking of DB since that area is nice and as quiet as TP too.
