Since three of them are difference architect

We need to look into :-

1- Building design Year or
2- Time of submission of Building Plan.

Seems, this facade not as good as Desa Budiman ...

Well, the only ONE thing sunnyside vale pros is that it is located very near to the exit of sg long.
Save time not to JAM everytime you drive into sg long, and JAM everytime u drive out to sg long.

Kudos to Pujangga Budiman for delivering such top notch workmanship, hardly anyone complaint about water leaking.
Even Malaysia Number 1 SP SETIA also face water leak issue cool2.gif

Happy VP'ed thumbup.gif

Purple.. cannot compared Pujangga with Setia...
one only build 75 units more too boutique and the other one is major player building for mass market..
biggrin.gif obviously the one with smaller qty chances of having better quality is higher...

Until I took the keys, only I found out that DB is already preinstalled air cond water and gas piping.. ALL rooms and hall except utility room rclxub.gif
so saving my money to hack the wall for wiring and piping..
unlike "others" developer.. went to see their show units opposite DB .. only Master Room and Living hall only

Can see they are started the fencing now rclxms.gif

Purple how is your unit? smile.gif

Just drove by Desa after visiting my relative in Taming Mutiara....really nice enclave...one of the most modern designs in Sg. Long....congrats!

Added on June 2, 2012, 10:45 amI have never actually drive around Bandar Sg. Long despite staying there for a year. After Desa, you will pass through Mutiara Bungalows, then Palm Walk, back to Admiral, Wira Heights, finally pass the golf course, to Utar then out again.

Lots of new houses, but no new EXITS! The current 2 major exits, one via Sg. Long to Saga highway towards Kajang/Balakong, will be jammed when new houses inside Taman Rakan are occupied.

The other exit via Mahkota Cheras is already a nightmare. Once Mahkota Residence and other shophouses open along that road, plus new houses behind Jusco come online, how do you guys go to work?

Idaman Cheras 1 and 2, Suria Tropika, Tropicana Cheras, viridian, flats, schools, etc, all will use the current Jalan Rakan to get out...which merges with Sg. Long traffic going out to Saga Highway.
