Don't have the exact size, I was told the size around 38/39x75. The intermediate lot size is 24x75.

The corner one is around 365x sqft.

Added on September 19, 2012, 3:36 pmDepends on how you define End lot or corner lot then. To me, if you look at the picture posted, it looks more like end lot than corner lot with bigger area. I guess I should use the term smaller corner lot then.

Ya, the corner lot with bigger space is RM 1.03M. Actually 50k difference.
Go see both la, that "end alot" is just next to the guard house and it took up some of the space of the unit so wasted the space there and it's the only special unit.

Must be damn pretty, some more planning to buy corner unit!

There's some intermediate lot on sale now, for DB 4. I heard is 750k

For Desa Budiman Phase 4 is freehold and can be bought by both bumi & non-bumi.
For Desa Budiman Phase 6, under con, it's leasehold and only for bumi.

The newly built guarded fence for DB4, not so clear though

Around there, few units transacted at 710-750k price range. Latest one not sure already.
The design modern and with 24x75 (BU 25xx+) one can park two cars in comfortably.

I actually saw some sports enthusiast jogging up the hill next to the DB6 show unit. Anyone familiar with that place or been there?

There's a Maybank there too isn't it, which is visible from the main road. Anyway, from Bandar Sungai Long to BMC is quite nearby.
