this developer very good. bosses are malay and friendly. Very high vision. One of the BEST in sg long and BMC.

Cheras Vista and taman seri budiman are by them

I actually saw some sports enthusiast jogging up the hill next to the DB6 show unit. Anyone familiar with that place or been there?

Wah! so much developer develope there but hear a bit scarcely when buy malay reserved land.

Hahahah I want take money ma sure can find it. Sg Long looks not much bank. I just know have HL Bank only. Last time EON Bank.

There's a Maybank there too isn't it, which is visible from the main road. Anyway, from Bandar Sungai Long to BMC is quite nearby.

I think pejungga budiman (desa budiman developer) better than all chinese developer in mahkota cheras and sungai long area except twin palms.

old time old story. last time cheap cheap but not many afford because BLR still high and low rebate. Not like now, low finance interest, rebate this rebate that, free this free that. Different era different game play.

That time i work only rm3k, still not afford to grab any from this developer.

Now mostly developer have free a lot things. Some free kitchen cabinet, aircond, lawyer fee, MOT & etc.

KV landed getting more expensive. Not all buyer afford to get it.

what i see today, even u work as rm10k a month, u still wont be able to finance a prop more than rm 500k. Imagine installment need rm 2.2k a month. maintenance lagi, quit rent lagi, assessment fee lagi, MLTA lagi, fire insurance lagi, for rm 500k house only, u need rm3k a month.

ur son need money, u car need money, ur car need petrol, u wife need $ shopping, ur parent need $ for health checking, ur maid, ur food, and etc.

How the hell to get so many people with such salary to buy in future? Joint loan?
