Help, i cant unlock bootloader, i can detect my HP serial no. after update androidSDK, but when access bootloader " waitng devices" but noting happen?, scratching head few days already, pls sifu need your kind help

yeah. happened to me before. windows can detect but not at the bootloader there. i was trying to root it with windows xp using my home pc. so beh tahan oledi, took my laptop back n rooted it with vista. it worked like charm. so maybe u should try with another OS and see.

That 10 panel power widget is not included and it was't post by me. I use SwitchPro widget which only have 7 controls.

The 10 panel power widget is call "Extended Controls". The extended controls don't have semi / full transparent looks, that picture showing is modded by someone.

What you means? Did you mean root the phone? If yes, kindly refer to 1st page and read properly.

Root is done inside the phone, no windows is required.

To unlock bootloader, ypu need the fastboot util

fastboot oem unlock

i think he's trying to say that if he just connect the phone to the pc, windows can detect his phone. but when he tries to root it using command prompt, his phone is not detected as the serial number never show up, hence he only get the message "waiting for device".

this happened to me before, until i use the command prompt of windows vista instead of windows xp, and follow the rooting instruction, then problem solved.
