yeah. happened to me before. windows can detect but not at the bootloader there. i was trying to root it with windows xp using my home pc. so beh tahan oledi, took my laptop back n rooted it with vista. it worked like charm. so maybe u should try with another OS and see.

i think he's trying to say that if he just connect the phone to the pc, windows can detect his phone. but when he tries to root it using command prompt, his phone is not detected as the serial number never show up, hence he only get the message "waiting for device".

this happened to me before, until i use the command prompt of windows vista instead of windows xp, and follow the rooting instruction, then problem solved.

i solved mine with vista. i think it's XP problem. maybe it is conflicting with the drivers or something. i suggest u borrow someone's else pc that is running on vista n root.

i dropped mine too few days back. right onto the concrete floor. big bang. quickly picked it up n checked here n there, but surprisingly everything still ok n intact, not even a single crack. battery cover oso didn't fly out like nokia. lucky me

wah i got so speechless just now when someone said that he will still buy iphone4 even though he needs to plaster the antenna area. he sumore said apple is giving the plaster/case for free. really speechless. who on earth will buy a phone that need to be plastered or hold it in a particular way just so the signal will not drop. i think the tremendous peer pressure is really affecting a person's decision at selecting n buying handphone. it's a shit also they can say it's gold one. i guess ignorance is bliss. faint.

i have no problem with my Digi MMS, can send n also receive. setting as per at the front page....

so what was the problem that prevented u from sending mms using digi??
