dont buy into the gimmick mac compatible, any HDDs are mac compatible, you just need to format them into HFS+ under disk utility and thats that

Modern chargers, laptops or otherwise do not "overcharge" anymore.
The best anti-spyware is still common sense. To educate and improve said sense, please read McAfee's article, "Most Dangerous Search Terms". ZDnet has a summary of the research.

yea.. common sense is the best.. but if for double protection.. is the iAntiVirus good? or anyone has tried any other antivirus programs?

I was reading in google ...the virus on window can't be detect on mac and runs on it.. We know that most are exe file.. So that's the reason it don't work..but to detect...hmm..let me google it again.. Anyway there are kaspersky for mac too..i'm not that can detect or not.

Have you guys encountered this?

When you install an app, let's say MSN, at the Applications Folder, i dont see a proper icon for MSN. (Not in finder view, it's from the Apps folder in the Dock)

i have to go to finder, drag the msn out to the desktop and put it back into the Apps folder (thru Finder), only then i will see a proper icon from Apps launch from the dock

edit: last time i dont need to restart for it to show the icon. After i reformatted the Mac yesterday, this thing started to happened. VLC, MSN, Text Wrangler, etc
