I wanted to install the cool unipack pakage in my house but I'm staying in hostel and the hostel connection was kind of slow so what should do? Besides, what is the normal speed does the streamyx zone provide? I'm going to apiit anyway but still the hostel of Apiit doesn't have streamyx zone >.<

No, cannot be upgrade directly if streamyx not ur name. You have 2 options:
1) Apply new phone line with streamyx (faster but will get new phone number)
2) Terminate existing streamyx and apply new streamyx (will maintain existing phone line but slower - about 1 month)

steven i think what he is trying to say that if he cuts of his old line. then one month later when he applies the new line will they treat him as a new customer or old? like for instance if u xfer ur old line to new u dont have to pay upfront the 2 months in advance but as a new customer u do. i think thats what he meant
