30/04 - Sent in application for Cool Unipack at TMpoint
03/05 - MIPS status updated to "service available, installation in process" - jumper has been set and from SAMS, technician has been assigned
04/05 - Technician FFK
05/05 - New Technician assigned
06/05 - Technician FFK - change time slot again from SAMS status
07/05 - Technician was going to FFK again till I call him up and ask if he was going to come or not - he came after an hour

12/05 - No sign of netbook - called up HP, no order status
14/05 - Confirmation from Tiong Nam that they're going to deliver the netbook on monday
17/05 - Netbook delivery (hopefully)
The only problem currently I'm having is unstable DSL line and low SNR margin... probably due to the old phone line. Called my technician to check but he has not call back yet

Since my streamyx is still under warranty - less than 2 weeks... all the problems I'm having shall be solved by the technician in charge

Just back from TMpoint to grab my voice plan deal DECT phone. Few day ago went there, they say will process later. reach today they told me
never apply. Scold and ask them do it immediately and all done now. Really bad service.

Can u check for me for the coverage of the modem? the most far it can access the wifi is how far?
can more than 3 rooms? coz i ask technician to install the line at living room =.=
and last time i used the modem but the wireless even cant access more than 1 room
