I applied at last thursday for the both new phone line & cool uni pack, the TM homeline installer come fast like a moneyface at friday morning and do some wiring and installed the new phone line then claim the RM50...but till now streamyx installer haven't phone me yet...so isit i have to wait for them to come automatically or i have to do something to make them come faster.. ?

i go check the sams website for the application status but still no record found...what to do...sienzz

I applied for this package plus a new phone line about one week ago, the new home line was installed on last friday, but streamyx installer never showed out till now, then i phone them twice already still nothing come out in the MIPS or SAMS...later i will go the tmpoint there scold them and f*** up.

haha, i haven't go yet but i check for the MIPS & SAMS both of the page got my status already, but the problem is i apply for 4m but the statement there is 1m only:

Plan Name: Streamyx 1.0M (Free Modem) - RM68 (Wi-Fi @ Home) (Cool UNI Pack) (Home Prepaid)

isit mean that my area doesn't support 4m or wat? they haven't phone me to confirm then simply change the package from 4m to 1m, wth...

keep calling 100 force them to process your application, that's the faster way to get the status...

if u dont want to wait, u still have another choice which is go apply for a new phone line together with this Cool Uni Pack all under ur name.

ur case similar as mine, is it u apply for 4m then u check for MISP is 1m?

my streamyx activated today, i check my streamyx mail nothing inside only the hypertune...how do i trace the netbook delivery status?

After my new streamyx activated on the new phoneline, my SNR margin become unstably, sometime can reach 20++dB sometime can drop to 10++dB and even worse disconnected , my previous streamyx never drop line...dont know what happen with the new goddamn streamyx+new phoneline, i think is the new phoneline make it unusual as before, so i plan to transfer my streamyx back to the old phoneline, can i do that?

i apply 4m, but they straight away change the package to 1m without inform me, wth...
but now the new streamyx like sh**, what's next ? so regret to getting this stupid new line...

i notice that my IP change...my previous IP was 124.82, 60.52, 60.53; now is getting 110.xxx, 115.xxx something like that, yesterday i still using old line, can connect everything smoothly, after changing from old line to new line, now i can't connect with my PSN, so bullsh** ...
