I could live with that. I'm just going for the design, some new features, and mostly for the status of owning an iPhone 4.

Assuming Maxis & DiGi both are gonna offer the iPhone 4, I don't think Maxis prices will be cheaper than that of DiGi. It will always be premium pricing on Maxis, IMHO.

I can't wait till August - I want it as soon as it's released in AU/NZ! That way, I can start using it soonest possible

Yes correct - available only via WiFi network but am sure it'll be made available over 3G soon lah; maybe give it a year or two! LOL

Buying an iPhone has got nothing to do with the software & technology crap. Simply it is 'THE' phone to be seen with, the 'IN' thing. It is just like buying LV bags, going green etc etc

how much the iphone 4G will be in malaysia ? i think either Maxis or Digi will sell the iphone with min 2 year contract ~then how much the iphone 4G price for customer? for 3GS 32gb that need RM2K... should 4G need 2.5k or 3k with 2 years contract ?

of coz , we all dont know that price now ,i mean estimate the price .. haha jz got my 3gs on last month ~ although i feel me should wait 4G !!! but i think me cant affort the 4G price ,finally picked the 3GS ...

Does that mean it won't be compatible with the current SIM cards?

Not true, there will always be two types of user, the Apple user and iPhone user, the first will always use it as a fashion statement, status elevator while the iPhone user fully utilizes their phones to the hilt. I'm sure any brands will have these two groups.

Finally the white one comes with a WHITE front panel, not an ugly white-black mix.

well what to do, i cant part with maxis, haha coverage and service is pertinent so have to pay a bit more. Hmm have many friends in Adelaide, really tempted this ahahhaha

Surprisingly iPhone 4 is 2 gram heavier than the 3GS.

Dimension wise iPhone 4 is sleeker.
