Well I'm on non JB phone previously. There's no ability to multitask and even close the app to save memory. It still doesn't affect much on the phone.
With the new multitask function, it's basically an option. Either you wish to close it or not up to you. So, I guess it's not even considered a hassle at all. It's just an option. Though i would agree it would be better if there's "one-click-close-all" function Btw, I realized another new in 4.0, if the phone is connected to PC's iTunes, whenever you change the apps on either the PC or iPhone(delete, shift to other springboard etc), the other one will change straight away as well WITHOUT even the need of syncing. Previously, only by syncing, all apps will be organized as you have done |

I was thinking pretty much the same. Any other alternative for multitask rather than pressing the home button twice? I love SBsettings slide to use feature across the top side of the iPhone

Is it possible to remove the redlines under my wrongly spelt words in SMS? |

Only a few numbers of apps that support multitasking. If developers do not update their apps, users cannot enjoy full benefits of multitasking.

I noticed that when I compose a new SMS, the address field no longer lookup the name as I type in iOS 4.
Are you guys getting the same behaviour? Ah..it is working now. I knew why. I was on Edge and connection was slow, so the lookup is contacting my corporate email server as well for address lookup. Now back to Wifi and lookup is instant. Case closed This post has been edited by neekun: Jun 22 2010, 01:37 PM |

QUOTE(rip_code @ Jun 22 2010, 11:34 AM) For me, using the previous version with celcom, it will state MY CEL... (with dot) . Now it's full my celcom This is weird. Maxis users should take note. After upgrading to ios4, check out any previous SMS from Maxis, there ought to be a white space in the sender, like so: Ma xis lol wtf |

A couple of apps that act weird:
XE Currency: Everytime the app is opened, the onscreen keyboard pops up (blocks half the screen) Facebook: Notification can't be cleared even if I already have viewed it. Everytime I exit the app, a red circle with notification number will show on the app icon. |

You should get Windows Live Messenger for iPhone. It is designed to work under iOS4. Brilliant app, but I prefer my beloved BeeJiveIM.
