Hello guys, I always use Facebook for E71/E63 to upload my photos directly from my E71.

Now, I got problem with the Facebook for E71/E63. I can upload no more from my E71

Its says APIBridge_20023710: Memory full. Close some applications and try again.



I didn't multitask any other applications while accessing the Facebook. I did reinstall the Facebook application and still got the same error.

I lazy to format my phone because I got installed many things inside.

How? Anyone else experiencing the same?

Guys, i'm a proud user of the Nokia E71 for 1 year and i planned to sell this baby of mine tis week to fund for my HTC Legend... Sob Sob...

Was wondering, wat i need to do when i sell the phone? Hard reset is out of the question bcoz there is some software inside. E.g. Garmin

I need to clear the contact, messages, emails, and etc.

Any advice on how to do it???

u can hard reset no worry.. garmin is installed in ur mcard.. jus get an garmin installer which r from the same version install and install back after u reset.. when reset take out mcad la..

previous firmware lags like hell when do anything related to contacts

The battery on my Nokia E71 swells up to the point where it created a noticeable bulge on the battery itself. Now the phone cannot be charged up properly.

Couple of questions:

Has anyone went through this problem?
and
What's the price for the original battery (BP-4L)?

ur battery already kembang
so its lifespan is already shorten
if it continue to kembang more
then it might have a big possibility ur back cover is gonna get "out of shape" due to the battery kembang
u better replace it asap before it explodes

last time i check .. price increase to rm130 now.. if u can hanger nicely maybe rm100
time to change.. swell battery mean it is faulty liao.. ap set is it?

I see. I'm not going to use it in any way then. Not when it has a real chance of exploding. I did notice that it gets harder to close down the cover over time but I didn't notice that the battery was the root of the problem.

Nope, original set bought within the first three months of the launch of the phone. I'm using a non-original charger though, just that generic one. Cannot find the original charger ^^;;

RM 130... that is expensive. I'll just use my other phone for now.

I have this problem too. Uninstalled and upload photos through email easier! The app is a joke overall, Facebook Mobile is even better IMO.

HIHI... I bought a E71 in Australia (unlocked from OPTUS telco) and my aunt took it back to Malaysia for my sister to use. However, my sister cannot charge it using the charger in Malaysia.

The original charger for this E71 is still with me. I don't know if Malaysia e71 handphone is it same with what we have in Australia, whether the battery is it same or not... anyway the charger description for the original one is this:

Nokia AC-5A
Input: AC100-240V, 50-60Hz,180mA
Output: DC5.0V, 800mA

I want to as...
1) May I know if my original charger is it same with the e71 you have?
2) Can you charge your E71 with all small head chargers? or is it your e71 can only recognise the charger for nokia E series handphone?
3) If only specific charger can only charger e71, where can I get it?

Im afraid the Australian E71 cannot be charged with nokia chargers in Malaysia..

Ive been using e71 for 11 month already. E71 serve my need, call, texting, videocall, email n surfing. Lately my phone start acting weird... its start having signal problem... my phone call also keeps dropping. when i change my sim card to other nokia phone (5800) the signal seem okay. full bar. but in my e71 .. sometimes full n suddenly can drop to 1 bar. 1 more problem.. when someone call me, when i answer .. i feel lagging for few second..

im on 400.12.013

I experienced that before and then I found out that the antenna is located at the bottom left of the phone. So don't obstruct the lower left, and my signal will be better. If I cover it, signal will drop significantly but not too bad. Previously I have problem locking the GSM signal, sometimes, i still have the problem. Not sure if phone or Digi problem.

charging with generic charger maybe is the cause lor.. as the voltage is different

if original set the accessories like battery, charger those all come with half year warranty. Maybe you can try bring to Nokia care centre to claim warranty.

Hi Xavi5567, would another type of charger able to charge ur e71? My sister is using a charger with the output if 5.7V and 120mA (if I'm not wrong)

it is not advice-able to do tat.. i remember spoiling my bl-5ca like tat also.. same case, it swell.. it is best charge with the same or lower voltage.. mA difference affect charging speed , if i m not mistaken

my phone is ori, the bat still kembang.. guess it happens to all phone?
