Wow, V5 oledi for E71, Good job for bro xavi , keeping all the updates in the thread. and now V410 for E71, this phone's value is just geting greater. . My colleague just bought a E72, however i see that it's not as stable as E71. So will let him explore more. some thing i notice is E72 have a good display which the wallpaper is "full screen" not like E71, the top and bottom bar can't change it. unless using theme.

I seldom use it..but i seem hard to logon and navigate in cafe wifi. Maybe update to V410 helps? just asking the feedback on stability of the V410. Thanks

There is a app to make full screen wallpaper..jus view a few page b4 tis.. U will find it..
Wifi not stable eh.. Not sure bro.. I m on v400 now .. So cant review much.. Mine is depend on d connection 1.. If connect to mcd wifi.. Stable nia.. Bear in mind tis is tested using opera mobile 10.. If opera mini or default browser.. Connection always dc..

but the colours still cacated

D purple issue was solve after firmware update since v210 ma.. I not sure y ur v410 still hav it.. Hav to wait for other with v410 to report d same case to know.. But maybe low lighting issue cause it too.. Try take pic at good lightin area..and c again.. D jujubes ah.. I got from normal kedai ubat cina lor.. Guardian and watson occasionally also hav ma.. Jus more expensive...çç

finally my E71 firmware updated to 410

xavi, whats the diff between AC-5E charger with AC-3X charger..looking at lelong website for both charger, seller claims AC-3X is sharger for E71 but i noticed its 65mA whereas AC-5E i'm using is 180mA... any problem if i get other 'compatible' charger with bigger amp like 800mA...? any issues u reckon? thanks..

by the way, whats the normal price for ori chargers.

bigger mA mean faster charge lor.. if the voltage output is the same.. it is compatible.. ac-8 is the fastest and most efficient 1 for e71..

welcome..

updated to 410 last week. was working ok until i noticed a funny problem today. my battery bar on e71 was charging (moving up & down) but i wasn't charging it and it was sitting inside my pocket all morning.

anyone face the same problem?

anyway i restarted the phone, it's back to normal (i hope).

sadly, im facing the same prob too evn aftr the fw v410 update not much of an issue but imperfections kinda ticks me off a bit, esp whn taking 'white' subjects.. damn purple tint.. oh well, thx anyway for d battery ac-8 tip

i can download maps from maps loader but in voice tab didnt appear any voice that i can download.. in the phone itself i try download voice guidance seems it didnt working

No wonder la, the default browser always DC. I connect wifi, and the phone always use default browser. have to open opera 1st only connect wifi. if not it always use default browser which is a problem in signing in some website.

try using the ovi suite n c

opera mobile 10 u can set from inside the app itself to log on to which connection.. so easier..
