Cool bro. Can't wait for that. BTW, Have you tried any thermal paste? Im thinking of getting the Artic Cooling CX3 Paste to use on the GPU and see if I can bring down the temp by a few degrees. Any advice?

the gap is big enuf to let dust go in.. after pushing in, it will bulge out again
Added on April 15, 2010, 9:03 ami not sure bout that la. the drop isnt really anythin as it was protected in the laptop bag. belkin bag.
i think it has already been there since i bought it.
its really bothering me, cuz the dust can get in
If dust can get in, send it for warranty claim. A gap like that should not be left unattended..

yea called dell. they actually will bring spare parts to fix for me on monday. but i tell them my issue with unbalance base. the person in charge say it could be alot of factors that cause the base to be unbalance. the chassis problem and some other environmental issues. as a result, they cant fix the unbalance issue cuz it needs some device to test this issue. according to him, the unbalace base is very common. somemore its aluminium made chassis.
so, they will bring my laptop back to dell. fix for 5 days and return me by next friday.
so isit okay to let them bring back? i just scare after disassembling my laptop, it will be scratched or some other minor issue will happen to my laptop.. any experience
I always insist on ON-SITE repairs. I prefer them to finish the job in front of me and also its quicker. They take back it will 5 days, but fixing the cover or a panel won't take more than an hour. THey have 2 hours to spare when they come over to your place....
