u compare to the left side, left side is perfectly fit in rite? do u try to push back in?

mine is like quite big.. like the one in photo. its very bad cuz the dust can go inside ur screen... sighz.. what kind of OC is this =.=

quite alot of ppl from nbr got this issue.. i think im calling dell tmr.

i at first ok ok one.. don care lah, can push in wat.. then after i push in, it come out again.. like what nbr ppl say, mayb there's some missing clip inside, or mayb the screen too small, so doesnt fit the case.

then another thing is that i scare dust will go in. if really go in, then sien liaw lu.. or even ants can crawl in.. aiyoyoo..

it brings curiosity to me whether the materials used to made the lappy is somehow quite cheap cuz it can bent.. or maybe the malaysia's temperature is too hot for stuff like that.. this scares me, since i'm getting m11x around next week..

Problems with my screen. bulging out at the right bottom:

the gap is big enuf to let dust go in.. after pushing in, it will bulge out again

i think it has already been there since i bought it.

its really bothering me, cuz the dust can get in

cannot send in warranty claim meh?

i already call dell and email them 4 photos including one that shows the screen does not fit nicely to casing.

including this.

after i do some close examine to my laptop last nite then i find out

that is serious dood...repot ...must repot..

so the lesson is, use ur laptop to the fullest so u will be able to notice any defects..

at hostel, i only connect to external monitor and keyboad. so i din really notice much. but close examine has shown many not nice parts..

from game lagging issue->bottom side uneven->screen problem. == . seriously alienware needs better QC for such premium product. btw, went to All-IT to look for laptops. kinda disappointed with the material m11x made of. even customers around there complain that the m11x is so made-in-china look due to its built quality. Wonder why they don't use magnesium alloy.

1 word - weight.

Mine actually have gap as well when i receive this unit..But it is very minimal which only a little bit pop on left bottom the end area. After using little force to push
it in. It fixed but i do notice a little bit uneven surface so i call technical just now. Most probably on-site will be tomorrow or monday.
See how it goes.
