I'm using a portable version of photoshop CS 4, lol...... no installation required, juz double click n use. It's basically same as the fulll version
The compresses rar file around 60-70mb, unrar file around 200+ mb

i havent process anything from my d90 yet because i just bought it
But i have always used cs3 to process all my d80 raw files.

After some googling it seems that CS3 can't open D90's NEF though.

that mean maxhehe gonna upgrade to either cs4 or cs5 later or sooner...

CS3 can process D300, D90, D700 NEF files, because I've been doing that

But I did download the ACR beta while it was available for the CS3. They might have made it available only to CS4 since it went full release though.

My version of ACR still pops up a message to tell me that the beta period is over.

So meaning those who just installed CS3 at this moment, won't have access to that new ACR which is able to read the newer NEF?

using cs3 at office and cs4 at home

u can check the settings by looking at EXIF
right click the image n click properties, then c under details

CS is not that complicated if u play with it for a while

use Picasa got Auto PP, then manual quite easy oso, jz a few settings bar
anyway, i hardly PP oso, jz sumtimes increase color contrast when too dull

yup..i will suggest hoya as well...if hoya is over budget,then there is nothing else i can help...it is better to get hoya filter,or if u are rich b+w then...otherwise better dun get at all...

how wide u need?? i dun reli know any wide angle lens in 1k, but i know a few wide angle lens,but they are all over 1k...

cheapest wide angle is sigma 10-20mm i think which can autofocus with d3000...i think that also cost u 2k d...
nikon 10-24mm is sharper than sigma alot but that cost 3k d...zzz

1 k hard to suggest u anything lar
with less than that i could only suggest u to buy a raynox wide angle lens convert.

Doesnt cost that much but quality wise, u pay what u get for.
its up to , i ll say there is no point to buy a cheap glass and put
on top of your quality lens.

What can you recommend for RM1K+, RM1500?

So the standard price for a wide angle lens is RM2K onwards?

All wide angle lens start from 10-xx, right? I know the lower is for wide angle, the higher is for telephoto.

i think most ppl carry a fast prime lens and kit lens...or prime and 18-200mm
