Yesterday tried the 17-50 f/2.8 VC. Good stuffs, but most Nikon mounts suffers from focus issue. I'm using D90 only cannot calibrate
 .Waiting to see how Sigma's perform, but definitely not in time for this weekend's PC Fair >.<. I'll just lug around my 70-200  . |

Sigma 17-50 f/2.8 OS was jz recently announced, haven launched into market, not?
im looking foward to this lens cos Sigma HSM can solve the slow AF problm of Tamron 17-50 got OS to fight with Tamron VC lagi but Sigma 18-50 f/2.8 without OS oredi almost rm2k, so the new lens most likely will be pricier This post has been edited by General_Nic: Apr 13 2010, 01:20 PM |

Expecting the 17-50 OS to be pricier than 17-50 VC. But let's see how the image quality is like... Though I like the 77mm filter thread! I can just buy one CPL instead of many sizes xD

great news for you guys..im going to sell both of my tamron lens. (17-50 f2.8 and also 70-200 f2.8)..The 70-200 tamron lens is still in warranty..any takers?..later this nite will open up a proper thread for it.
