The AF in HD ad came out just now on ESPN HD. FA Cup final half time now. I'm not a big fan of AF, but I must say, the concert looked so sweeeeeeet in HD!

so how, are most of us here "willing" to see AF in HD.... I think better see it even we're not fan of that kind of program. Just to give support for them because finally we can make local program broadcast in HD. Maybe this is the first step for the HD implementation in Malaysia....

Bro..if u want Malay programme in HD, there arent many programmes that is available in HD..
not every one has the finance to get the equipment, set up, make up, facilities and everything to make HD programmes..
Especially Malay ones la..
Just consider this..ESPN STAR SPORTS are only getting their new HD studios this month equipped with HD stuffs..
Thats a big broadcaster in SEA and only now just getting it
So it does cost a lot of money..thats y a lot of Malays productions and film makers are just trying to get the HD busniness first..
If u want Malay HD programmes, most likely its upscaled..and yeah..for me..upscaled is much better than blurry SD

If can't get HD, upscaled HD is fine. Just how Astro is "able" to upscaled bad PQ channel (Media Prima TV)?

Already watched the AF HD Ads.

From my view:

1- It seems like the 8th Concert are already shot in HD.
2- It also possible that the 9th concert is also shot in HD.
3- Doesn't know the the first 7 concerts if shot in HD or not.
4- Mm.. Also we see the montage is in HD as well.

At which channel you watch that Ads??
Until now, I haven't see it at all....

I've watched it a few times on ESPN HD. Wait for the United game now to end, it should be on after this.

So they still didn't tell which channel they will broadcast AF HD.
Maybe, new HD channel will be introduced this week.

I am a badminton fan, and sadly, I am disappointed with the HD Video quality of their 1st HD production. The Thomas and Uber cup final Video quality is very poor. They have advertised their apologies and say will rectify problem. How many days does it take them to resolve issues?

If this is the case, there is no need to introduce more local HD programming until they sort out their transmission or production issues.
