I guess its good for them to be in secretive mode...
they dun want to be ashamed if somethings goes wrong when they say they want to launch a new channel.... (just maybe) Please there be AXN and Discovery HD!! |

I think Dark Knight was great on HBO HD Asia... Kung Fu Panda Also Great... there are many great movies in HD but Im not denying the fact that there are so many movies that has been upscale from SD to HD... heh...
but its not HBO/Astro 's Fault as the movie wasn't shot on HD.. |

Just be patience la...
Things will get better... HD is very new... and this is Byond section... not Astro section.. so the HD channels in Asia is quite limited rite now.. at least here in SEA Discovery.. AXN.. and what else... will eventually be on ASTRO Byond... take note that ASTRO launch Byond sooner than planed as they want to get ahead of upcoming competitor.. IPTV I suppose... so just give them some time for now... and let see if they can keep to their promise to have at least 10 HD channels by end of the year |

but I heard astro will include somekind of locking code etc etc... I dunno the name...
but it serve as a safety locking code that prevents the copyright materials from being pirated... |

aiya... No point la having a porn/adult channel... makes u look like a sex addict je... better go get the real thing...
around 7.30 to 8.00 pm on 5/4/2010 my Astro HD Channels are showing this message after 3-4 second into the channel... Copy Protection Failed... what does that mean?? |

 herm... regarding the subscriber of Byond... has Astro released any number of subscription up till now? cos I notice that in my Taman or at least houses on the same road as mine... My house is the only Byond subscriber..  not like the rest of the people in my taman dun have HDTV... dunno la if they really dont...  (this is unacceptable) |
