Sometimes streaming TV series like Glee can really count towards the cap.

definitely a cap will effect the demand on the HSBB especially when it come with internet phone and internet tv..

the concern for my previous post is to point out that abt 80% of current heavy duty home user of internet are from torrenting and illegal download (PSS is one of them) and i am not happy with the tone that the user use.
