I thought all this while 4mb combo was $140 , no meh?

Sigh... I just called 100, they said No ar.. no price reduce ...

4mb combo no cap
add $9 get extra 1 mb speed but cap... Need a nuclear scientist to figure this out. |

I'm okay if after quota, speed cap to 10% of original speed. At least better than 128k for some wireless bb
