yes multimedia touchscreen, touch button to be exact, volume up/down, mute etc

Need help! i just got my laptop today but the start up is so slow, and everything i wanna run is also taking a long time to response. i cant use the cd bay either, it doesnt read. and i cannot install my router nor detect wireless. wth is going on?

ok, i finally manage to solve it after 5 hours...phew..
chat with their international technician and told me to do a self diagnostic test for hardware. turn out ok, so he told me to reinstall OS, and that SOLVED THE WHOLE THING. but i was still upset at the fact that it is new and i need to reinstall. |
