I'm using Xilisoft DVD ripper for my DVDs and Xilisoft video converter for video files. Both comes with HTC Hero profiles. Excellent softwares.

I read many review saying the speaker is quite soft. But i can bear with mine. The speaker placed on the back made it hard to hear ringtones sometimes too.haha:)

Btw, im using ojosoft video converter..for the time being, it works wonder..gonna start converting to mp4. Thanks bassyee
