Want to ask. The streamyx Gradpack rm100 for 1mbps is it inclusive of homeline rental? and I dont have home fixed line then i have to apply?

Yes... RM100 is inclusive of phone rental. If no fixed line, then you need to apply it in order for use Streamyx...

Currently using rm88 for 1mbps.
Everymonth for phone is rm39.
Total 88+39=127

I'm planning to get the rm140 for 4mbps.
Is this I can remain my current number for the package?

I don't want UNIFI because UNIFI provided a new number in the package.
If I want to remain the old number, I hv to pay rm149+26(phone rental).

If u upgrade to 4Mb ur existing number wil nt b affected.

hi guys wanna ask some question, last time i try to upgrade to 4m but fail cause i keep getting bad port at my area, so i give up, now im using 2mbps with stable connection, if i chang eto 4m , do the tchnician will change my port ? or is that possible that they don chang emy port, just change the cap value ? thx alot !!!!!!

You just need to apply for the upgrade, a technician will go to your house for testing, if the test success then he'll activate your account for 4Mbps and will automatically change to the new subscribed speed in around 3 days.
One of my company's client just upgrade the ADSL, a technician came to test if the signal is strong enough to support it, it was a success and immediately activate the account on the spot and ask me to speedtest again in 3 days, simple as that. You'll get a bill with some deduction of your current subscription (until the date of the activation of new subscription) then follow by new subscription amount (2 months), you'll get the bill after 2 months.

All of this information is after I phoned so many times, liaised with so many customer support to come to this conclusion, different person with different method but it came to the same thing.

no this is not ture, tm technical just came to my house for upgrade from 1mb to 4mb last 2 day, for 4mb they will change special port for you and still use existing number . now i can get 4-4.5mb speed

Hey. I just upgraded my speed to 4MBps from 1MBps based on this package 2 months ago. But somehow, my ping increases 2 times higher than before. GoogleDNS + Leatrix Latency fix. (To Singapore server) Before upgrade : 50ms; After upgrade : 100ms. What the heck is wrong with this ??!!

Hi just wanna know if streamyx is tie to our telephone number??Can we connect using our ID in other telephone number??Because i subscribe gradpack and after finish studying i wanted to continue using the package at home(XD cheaper) , will TM able to detect i change location already??When we subscribe streamyx did TM call us to write down the phone number so that they can associate it with the streamyx??

Yea... inclusive of phone rental as well... so basically you only pay rm110 + 6% gst charge for the phone services...

no 6 % gst for streamyx, rm110 is the net price.

Applied 4mb on monday at tmpoint , with all the form filled . Till now no one called ? need to wait how long before a tech makes an appointment ? called tm customer service and they say in process
